Somewhere in Africa, a village is struggling without clean water. You have been appointed head of a commission to improve the infrastructure to the village, supplying it with clean and safe water. Manage your money to build new buildings which will improve the overall water quality of the village. Everything is important, from wells, springs and latrines, right up to water treatment facilities. Watch out for the disasters that plague the area, but don't fear. Your investors are willing to lend a hand when you're in need. If you work hard you can improve the lives of everyone in the village. Remember, where there's a well, there's a way
